Hey I’m a disabled Veteran and a father of 5. My niche is about exercise and fitness for men and women in their 40’s. I’m a 43 year old man, that has had multiple surgeries. In my past medical history, I’ve had left ankle reconstruction and a right total knee replacement all affiliated with my military service. With that being said, the older I’m getting the aches will be getting worse. That’s why exercise and fitness play a big role in my pain management. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no way in fit shape. But, motion is lotion and we have to get up and continue moving to our fitness level for overall health reasons. Thanks, Mark Smith.
